IceCell ehf welcomes the decision of the icelandic regulator PTA to grant a GSM 1800 MHz license to IceCell ehf.

IceCell ehf's plans to build its GSM network in Iceland is already in progress and we expect to be in the market within a year. IceCell's network will offer excellent quality, greatly enhanced services and much more capacity than todays networks.
